Don Tapa is located on the hardstand on the northern side of the E Shed Markets in Victoria Quay, Fremantle.

Don Tapa is an innovative and seasonal South American cuisine inspired restaurant.

Located at Victoria Quay, Fremantle; the restaurant makes use of the Fremantle Port backdrop and repurposed structures to create a seaside, gourmet and affordable eating experience.

We are serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Don Tapa's head chef is Tony Margry who has developed his skills working in Michelin star restaurants in London and spent the last few years exploring South American flavours.

Don Tapa is excited to have Tony on board and introduce the incredibly tasty dishes from all over South America to Fremantle.
